Hi there! I’m Anita and I am the owner of Doggy Parlour which is located in Leyland! We are a family run dog grooming business who accept all sizes of dogs.

Dog grooming has been a passion of mine since I was young and helped my parents prepare our German Wirehaired Pointers for dog shows. Seeing the finished product of a good groom has always been very rewarding for me, especially after one of our dogs won the Best of Breed at Crufts.
Family business!
I was thrilled when I was finally able to set up my very own dog grooming business at my house in Clayton-le-Woods, Leyland with the help of my family. My youngest daughter is my No. 1 assistant in the Doggy Parlour. She has a love for all animals and is working towards being qualified in dog grooming so that she can work alongside me as another dog groomer in the Parlour. My eldest daughter is often away studying, so she helps out with all the paperwork and runs the administrative side of our dog grooming business. Together, we make sure that the business runs as smoothly as possible so that we are able to give each and every dog our 1 to 1 attention in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. It’s our mission to ensure that your dog leaves looking, smelling, and feeling absolutely amazing.
